Ordering
On Desktop - click on the icon in the top right-hand corner of the home page. From there you can either create an account or log in using your existing credentials.
On Mobile – click “Create Account” for new customers or “Log In” if you are an existing customer.
Simply build your own or select a chocolate gift box or hamper and at the Checkout page you will be prompted to enter the required details to complete the purchase.
Upon successful payment processing you will receive an e-mail or text notification confirming your order has been successfully received.
Yes – we provide a complimentary greeting card which is customisable from within our online shop, adding that personal touch to your order.
We accept payment from the following providers: Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and G Pay.
Orders placed within working hours (Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm) are typically processed right away. We therefore cannot always guarantee changes to your order once they are processed and packaged.
Share Chocolates are a direct-to-consumer brand so our products are not available in a physical shop. We manufacture our chocolates in our Melbourne facility and all orders go directly from our factory to the nominated shipping addressee.
If prearranged, we could make provisions for you to collect directly from the chocolate factory.
Yes – send us a message or e-mail to sales@sharechocolates.com.au and we’ll arrange a digital gift card.
We do not accept returns of our chocolate gift boxes and hampers. If your order is incorrect, has been affected by heat exposure, or is not what you expected, please email us at support@sharechocolates.com.au with your order number immediately. So we can quickly attend to your enquiry please include images and any relevant details. You can read our full terms and conditions here.
Delivery
An e-mail or text confirmation will be sent as soon as your order is packaged, and a shipping label has been assigned to your order. Unless otherwise communicated, you will be able to track your parcel using the link in the text or e-mail notification.
Our delivery service is Australia-wide. We do not ship to international addresses or PO Boxes.
We take extra precautions to ensure the product is protected from unfavourable conditions in transit (exposure to direct sunlight, extreme heat or high humidity in transit or storage in warehouses overnight or on the weekend). For that reason, interstate orders placed after 2pm AEST on Thursday’s will be processed to ship the following Monday.
Deliveries within Melbourne metro areas can be accommodated on Thursday. Our same-day delivery service is available from Monday to Thursday for limited suburbs within greater Melbourne.
We offer a flat rate express shipping service for orders for $10.
StarTrack Premium delivery is available and calculated at checkout.
Same day delivery is available Monday to Thursday in selected Melbourne Metro suburbs for a $18.50 fee.
We make every effort to ship orders placed before 2pm AEDT on the same day. This depends upon several factors including: the shipping address, the delivery service selected, day and time the order is placed, package size and the current service availability.
Please contact us immediately if you have made an error when placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes but depending on what stage the order is at we cannot guarantee amendments.
Due to the nature of our products they cannot be returned to a Post Office or distribution centre. All our parcels are shipped with 'Authority to Leave' and we therefore highly recommend someone be on hand to receive the package. Our chocolates are shipped in thermal insulated mailer bags to ensure they are received in good order.
Products
Couverture chocolate contains a higher percentage of cocoa than other chocolates. This attributes to the smooth mouth feel of Share Chocolates.

Share Chocolates are all Melbourne made using the finest ingredients sourced from Australia, Europe and Africa.
Some of our ranges, such as our Macadamias and Fruit and Nut Mix, contain nuts. For this reason all of our chocolates may contain traces of peanuts and tree nuts and may not be suitable for some people with allergies.
All of our chocolates contain soy lectin as it is used as an emulsifier.
If you are not sharing your chocolates straight away, your chocolate should be stored in a cool dark place between 15-20°C, out of direct sunlight.

All of our truffles and creams and many of our ‘coated varieties’ are gluten free. Please check the ingredients on each product description for full details. Gift hampers can be personalised to be gluten free.
